Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field or equivalent
Strong working knowledge of office procures and accounting principles
Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office
Knowledge of IDS software
Strong communication skills

Responsibilities:

Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages
Answer questions and address complaints
Keep updated records and files
Cheerfully greet and welcome guests
Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
Check, sort, and forward emails
Must be highly motivated
